Collage Pink is a body of work that showcases a brand identity for Golem Pink, an unknown self-identified “Collage Punk” band out of Portland, Oregon. They immediately stood out with their layering of sounds and genre mixing. The inspiration for the composition is from the punks of the 70s - 90s, collage and mixed media artists, indie animation, and surrealist horror. The exhibit was created to craft designs that complemented the music, told a story, and created space for the sound to live in. The space is constructed to carry the visual philosophy of punk while using strong colors and contrasting elements to represent collage.
